Job Summary
As a Reservations Supervisor at The Cloud One Hotels youre coordinating and overseeing the Reservation team collaboratively working with the department manager for smooth operations. Your responsibilities include:
- Processing reservation inquiries and carefully assessing overbookings and alternative options
- Managing Opera Cloud and various electronic reservation systems
- Monitoring forecasts and budget projections
- Preparing and verifying of invoices ensuring accuracy in both receivables and payables while adhering to pricing standards
- Managing deposits and overseeing prompt and accurate payments
- Expanding your knowledge through collaborative interactions within our multicultural team offering insights into various cross-departmental roles
