ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Lead a team of credit analysts in EMEA and APAC evaluating credit risk preparing clear credit recommendations setting credit limits and ensuring annual reviews for top accounts are completed on time.
- Maintain strong governance & controls by enforcing Credit Policy SOX requirements and acting as the focal point for internal/external audits.
- Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely and accurate ERP/accountsetting updates delivering highquality reports and proactively monitoring credit deterioration.
- Partner crossfunctionally with collections sales finance customer excellence and master data teams to deliver outstanding internal customer experience.
- Champion improvement & development through digital transformation support process enhancements team training and adhoc strategic project involvement.
QualificationsKnowledge & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline plus 5 years of experience in Credit Financial Analysis or CustomertoCash.
- Strong credit analysis expertise including interpretation of external credit agency reports and customer financial statements.
- Proven leadership and coaching ability with experience training or guiding business professionals.
- Advanced analytical problemsolving and interpersonal skills with solid proficiency in SAP.
- Fluency in English with the ability to communicate clearly across functions and regions.
Preferable Characteristics
- Experience in senior or teamlead roles within C2C Finance or Business functions.
- 3 years in a Shared Service Center or Center of Excellence ideally in a multinational environment.
- Strong endtoend understanding of the CustomertoCash (C2C) process.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement background.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in structured processdriven and performanceoriented environments.
