Schedule:Split shift - an AM shift PM shift required with opportunities for midday and additional activity runs
No nights weekends or holidays
Summers off
Starting Pay:$23.28$27.68 per hour

Safely transport students to and from school
Perform pre and posttrip inspections
Conduct child safety checks

ASchool Bus Driveris responsible for transporting students safely and on time from their pickup point to school and back. This includes performing pre-trip inspections ensuring child safety and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations.

SignOn Bonus Details
Bonus Eligibility: To qualify for the sign-on bonus employees must work both AM and PM routes remain in good standing and meet all route requirements. Good standing is defined as consistently meeting job expectations following company policies and not having significant disciplinary issues.
Fully Credentialed CDL Drivers:
Up to $7000 (must be fully credentialed by 2/13/27; after that $5000)
Paid in 3 installments:
$2000 after 90 days
$1500 after 180 days
$1500 after 270 days
NonCDL Candidates:
$2000 total bonus
Paid during training milestones:
$750 after 90 days
$625 after 180 days
$625 after 270 days
