Job Summary
Position Overview
Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated account based out of Bethlehem PA. This position offers home daily routes consistent freight and strong weekly earning potential with additional pay incentives.
Pay & Compensation
- Average Earnings: $1540$2020 per week
- Annual average: $80000$105000
- Pay rate: $0.60$0.66 CPM
- Average miles: per week
Additional Pay:
- Daily pay: $60/day (attendance-based)
- 6th day bonus: $75
- Stop pay: $20.50$22.50 per stop
- Detention & misc pay: $18/hr
- Safety training: $20/hr
- Holiday pay: $200/day
Route & Freight Details
- Local routes within a 250-mile radius of Bethlehem PA
- Deliveries throughout:
- Pennsylvania New Jersey Long Island and NYC boroughs (no Manhattan)
- Freight type:
- Grocery deliveries
- No-touch freight not applicable (driver assist required)
- Pallet jack unloading
- Multi-stop deliveries
- Typical workload:
- 2 loads per day
- 23 stops per load
- NYC deliveries 34 times per week
Home Time
- Home daily
Available Schedules
- Sunday Thursday
- Tuesday Saturday
Shift Details:
- Start time: 10:00 AM
- 1214 hour shifts
- Weekend work required

- Automatic day cabs
- 48 and 53 dry van and reefer trailers
- Slip seating
- No take-home trucks
Requirements
- CDL-A required
- Minimum 6 months experience
- Must be comfortable with NYC driving
- Driver assist required (pallet jack unloading)
- Reliable transportation required
