For our Digital - Business Solutions team we are looking for a (Senior) Enterprise Architect (f/m/d).
As(Senior) Enterprise Architect your mission is to influence leaders (e.g. Product Owners) and departments (e.g. Finance) in building the strategic solutions and platforms of our expanding digital landscape. You will shape the overall IT architecture of Heidelberg Materials working closely with technical experts and agile product teams across internal departments and external partner networks.
This position is located in Heidelberg Germany and you will report to the Principal Enterprise Architecture.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
Lead the architecture work in strategic initiatives and major projects
Develop target and transition architectures considering the digital strategy newest technologies and performing of PoCs
Shape the IT strategy and landscape together with the EA Team and tight partnering with the business & IT stakeholders
Develop and embrace the EA capabilities particularly methodologies IT landscape management and architecture process
Evaluate and provide advice about the architectural impact of business and IT demands
Communicate architectural decisions and actions to senior/executive management
YOUR PROFILE
Degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
5 experience in mid- to large-scale IT architecture (e.g. as Solution Architect Enterprise Architect)
Experience designing architectures in one business domain such as sales shared services supply chain or similar
Hands-on experience with an ERP or cloud platform (SAP S/4HANA Azure or comparable) are preferred
Knowhow of EA modelling methodologies and frameworks (e.g. ArchiMate TOGAF) is a plus
Strong presentation (C-level) facilitation and analytical skills
Good English German beneficial
