The Opportunity:
As the SCM Regulatory Compliance Manager you will ensure our global supply chain meets evolving regulations such as EUDR CBAM and other ESG requirements. You will reduce regulatory risk strengthen operational resilience and drive sustainable ethical supply chain practices. This role requires strong expertise in compliance and supply chain operations with the ability to use data technology and crossfunctional collaboration to deliver smart scalable solutions. You will also engage stakeholders across regions to support a transparent highperformance and sustainabilityfocused culture. You will report to the SCM Regulatory Compliance Lead and work closely with the international SCM CMCI Team and global partners.
How youll make an impact:
- Manage implement and continuously improve complianceprojectsprocesstoolsand frameworktailored to the latest regulatory requirements.
- Integrate technology-driven monitoringand escalation processesinto compliance processes.
- Supportregular internal/external auditsspecific to implemented regulationsand related processes and frameworks.
- Drive change management and training for internal and external stakeholders to ensure awareness and readiness for new and upcoming regulationsandensuretimelyadaptation of internal processes and supplier engagement strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across the supply chainandimplement mitigation strategies andmonitoreffectiveness.
- Investigate compliance breaches perform root-cause analysis and drive resolution and continuous improvement.
- Oversee preparation and submission of reports according toregulatory requirements or established frameworks.
- Ensure audit-readiness and transparency in reporting.
- Serve as the primary liaison/ SMEforinternal stakeholders ( Unitsand functions)
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to address regulatory challenges share best practices and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support the establishment and continuous improvement of SCMorcompanywidegovernancestructureand RACI matrices for regulatory compliance.
- Deliver digitalization and automation solutions tofacilitatereportingas well as internal control requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background:
- Should have Bachelors ormastersdegree in Sustainability Environmental Science Business Law or related field.
- Must have 5 years in compliance with demonstrable ESG focuseither withinSupply Chain Corporate Sustainability or legal/Compliance teams.
- Proventrack recordin ESG reporting impact assessments monitoring/testing and regulatory implementation.
- Proven experience with compliance technology platforms data analyticsprocess mining (Celonis)and digital traceability solutions.
- Experience with S/4HANA and related modules. (e.g. GTS)
- Strong understanding of global ESG frameworks and regulations & Skilled in assessing ESG risks interpreting data and providing recommendations.
- Proven ability to lead multistakeholder programs and drive change; Project Management experience and certification required.
- Able to influence diverse audiences using facts policies and best practices.
- Able to work independently with limited supervision on moderately difficult problems.
- High standards for accuracy governance and ethical conduct.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
