RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Facilities staff with day-to-day campus support tasks
Help set up and take down rooms for classes meetings and events
Assist with cleaning organizing and restocking supplies
Help with outdoor tasks such as light landscaping and campus cleanup
Move furniture equipment and supplies with guidance and supervision
Organize tools materials and storage areas
Learn how campus work requests and projects are handled
Provide friendly and respectful service to students staff and visitors
Follow all safety instructions and use the provided protective equipment
Participate in training and learning opportunities
Perform other duties as assigned that support learning and campus operations
QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled high school student with school approval for work-based learning
Willingness to learn and help with a variety of tasks
Ability to follow instructions and safety rules
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
Ability to perform light to moderate physical activity
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
Interest in hands-on work building operations or skilled trades
Prior volunteer or work experience

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
Interns work under the supervision of Facilities staff and receive guidance mentoring and feedback throughout the internship. The position is structured to support learning skill development and workplace readiness.
