Togetherwork is seeking aProject Manager to lead the delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives across our software portfolio.
This role is ideal for an experienced project manager who brings strong delivery discipline stakeholder leadership and the ability to balance technical and business priorities. Project Managers at Togetherwork are accountable for driving projects from planning through completion while ensuring alignment transparency and high-quality outcomes.
You will play a critical role in coordinating teams managing risk and ensuring projects deliver measurable value to both customers and the business.
Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects from kickoff through completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and in alignment with defined scope and quality standards.
Manage multiple initiatives concurrently while maintaining delivery rigor and focus.
Proactively identify risks dependencies and constraints and drive mitigation plans.
Partner with technical and business teams to align priorities timelines and responsibilities.
Coordinate internal resources and collaborate with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing.
Drive execution through direct leadership coordination and escalation when necessary.
Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Build strong working relationships grounded in trust transparency and accountability.
Support customers in identifying opportunities for business process improvement using Togetherwork solutions.
Communicate project status risks and changes clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
Track project progress and provide accurate timely reporting on milestones risks and exceptions.
Manage change requests and support structured change management processes.
Ensure issues are addressed quickly and effectively to minimize delivery impact.
Execute projects using established tools systems and standard operating procedures.
Contribute to consistent repeatable delivery practices across the organization.
Maintain a strong focus on delivery quality customer value and continuous improvement.
35 years of experience managing projects involving both technical and business deliverables.
Proven success delivering complex initiatives with accountability for timelines and budgets.
Experience working in software technology-enabled or SaaS-driven environments.
Prior experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating shared resources.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies tools and lifecycle phases.
Solid grasp of information technology concepts and delivery processes.
Ability to manage scope schedules budgets risks and stakeholder expectations.
Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Windows Office and Project.
Familiarity with CRM platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
Project management certification (CAPM PMP or similar) preferred.
