Day Type: Weekday and Weekend availability required.

Shifts Available:

Morning Shifts: 5:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Schedule Flexibility: Employees can request preferred shifts and swap schedules with approval.

Job Description:

At CCs Coffee House our Baristas are the heart and soul of our establishment. From whipping up delicious drinks to offering warm pastries they ensure every Guest is greeted with a smile and exceptional service. Some of the basic job duties are:

• Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to customers
• Operating coffee machines and equipment
• Preparing and selling pastries
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
• Handling cash and processing transactions accurately
• Providing top-notch guest service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our Guests
• Multi-tasking and collaboration with others

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for coffee
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
