About the role
- We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Power BI and SQL.
- The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards with a focus on delivering actionable insights to Professional Servies Team.
- A bachelors degree in a related field of study and 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and maintenance of Power BI reports dashboards visuals and data models.
- Develop and implement Power BI data models and DAX queries to support complex reporting needs.
- Design and optimize complex SQL queries.
- Optimize Power BI solutions for performance scalability and ease of use.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure accurate effective data visualizations.
- Provide training and support to users for Power BI tools and reports.
- Create and manage reports on Salesforce.
- Preparing the Power point presentations for the weekly reviews.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Skill requirements (Must Have)
- Strong experience with Power BI (DAX M-Language Power Query Data Modelling RLS)
- Strong command over writing SQL queries joins stored procedures and performance optimization.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Azure / Snowflake and their integration with Power BI
- Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful and visually compelling reports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to tools like Salesforce Excel and Google sheets.
Good To Have Skills
- Experience with Python Power Automate and Power Apps.
