Position Title: Territory Incharge
Location: PAN India
Reporting To: Territory Manager
Department: Inspection - Cando
Objective:
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end inspection and valuation process including lead monitoring client coordination quality checks and pricing of valuation reports. It focuses on maintaining strong client relationships resolving issues promptly and ensuring consistent repeat business while contributing to business growth for assigned clients.
Accountability:
Monitor and track new inspection leads received from clients.
Coordinate with client SPOCs/managers to schedule inspections and provide timely status updates.
Conduct quality checks on valuation reports verifying vehicle details photographs and QC parameters.
Update pricing on valuation reports by evaluating QC findings and market value trends.
Maintain positive client relationships to ensure repeat business and enhance business share from assigned accounts.
Provide training to client executives on application usage and inspection processes.
Address and resolve client concerns related to reports valuations and QC through email and call support.
Coordinate with internal and client teams for smooth operations and issue resolution.
Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of automobiles (sales servicing workshop finance or related areas preferred).
Ability to conduct quality checks with attention to detail.
Problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.
Coordination and time-management skills to handle multiple client requirements.
Experience:
/ B.E / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
1.5 to 3 years of experience in the Automobile industry Client Relationship Management or Coordination roles.
