Expert knowledge of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux (OTSTCFQ) and American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) codes of ethics norms of record keeping and Quebec/Canadian professional legal and administrative jurisdictions regulating professional conduct of marriage and family therapists;
Ethics in family and couple therapy including philosophical basis for making ethics decisions increase competence in handing legal issues relevant to the practice including confidentiality dangerousness malpractice and expert testimony;
