The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the companys customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
Responsibilities.
- Guide and answer customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate with customers via phone email and chat.
- Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
- Help customers navigate the company portal!
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products and services.
- Become a service expert and understand each customers needs to provide real effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
Ideal Candidate will have the following.
- 2-5 years in a call center environment.
- Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with coaching support.
- Dedicated to excellent attendance.
- Positive attitude and open to continuous improvement in performance job functions.
Salary: $18.84/ hr. This position is a full-time Monday- Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM
