Project Manager - Commercial Roofing

The Externals group is working with a well-known and established commercial roofing contractor that is on the lookout for a Project Manager to join their team. They are an award-winning roofing and sheet metal specialist who work on complex projects across a commercial and residential client base. Due to the complexity of their projects they would be on the look out for someone who has extensive knowledge and experience working on large scale projects managing multi-level crews and managing historic restoration projects government buildings universities/ schools and embassies.
A Day in the Life:
Schedule crews equipment and material deliveries.
Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and resolve any issues.
Oversee on-site safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Manage process change orders
Review project plans estimates and contract documents to ensure project success.
Key Requirements:
4 years experience in Project Management.
Experience in Commercial Roofing systems
Experience managing crews and sub contractors
Previous experience managing multiple large scale projects at one time.
