The successfully selected candidate for this Robotics & Autonomous Systems Operational Analyst and System Integrator position will be a full-time employee of the KBR team supporting our Test Resource Management Centers (TRMC) contract with integration of the Warfighter Integration Cell. The candidate will assist in developing innovative technical and non-technical solutions and methodologies to DoD-wide problems within internal & external cost/schedule/capability constraints. Work with senior leadership to estimate and plan resources to implement plan across TRMC PE and Service T&E budgets.

The Department of Defense (DoD)s Test Resource Management Center (TRMC) plays a critical role in support of delivering capabilities faster to the warfighter. TRMC ensures that DoD components have the necessary test and evaluation (T&E) infrastructure to research develop field and sustain military systems.

An important thrust within the TRMC is the T&E infrastructure and tools to support robotics and autonomous systems. We are seeking a mission aligned professional to support our priorities in this area serving as an operational Analyst and System Integrator for a growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Support robotics and autonomy testing initiatives across the DoD by tracking key threads maintaining momentum and adapting to emerging priorities
• Collaborate with Technical Program Managers to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across multiple projects and teams
• Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
  • Elicit prioritize and reconcile requires needs and desires from DoD mission partners
  • Coordinate across multiple teams
  • Serve as a liaison to ensure consistent communication and alignment across stakeholders
  • Assist in the planning and integration of the C2 Systems.
  • Assist in the data collection plan that facilitates kill chain analysis
• Communications & Reporting
  • Prepare executive briefs and white papers
  • Prepare administrative reports for TPMs
  • Capture meeting decisions and manage action item logs through to closure
  • Maintain collaboration platforms (e.g. Confluence Jira) and create program dashboards
  • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend efficiency improvements
  • Develop visual materials (diagrams infographics dashboards) to simplify complex concepts
• Coordination & Execution
  • Monitor schedules deliverables and resource allocations across multiple projects
  • Track and report on risks and issues
  • Assist in the Instrumentation plan and implementation of the instrumentation
  • Integrate the data in the White Cell to inform the test Director and data lead on decisions and key events
• Work Environment
  • Operate in a fast-paced work environment that requires maturity discretion and a self-starter mindset
  • While many responsibilities can be performed remotely in-person attendance is expected and varies based on the classification level of the work performed

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• The ability to obtain an Active TS Clearance which only a U.S. Citizen can obtain
• 10 years of project management experience supporting DoD programs
• Excellent oral and written communication synthesis and briefing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Proficiency with collaboration platforms like Atlassian Confluence and Jira
• Demonstrated visual communication skill that simplify complex technical concepts
