About Atlanta Swim Academy
Atlanta Swim Academy is a locally owned and operated swim school serving Metro Atlanta families since 1985. Through our proven program for safer stronger swimmers we help children build confidence in the water while giving parents peace of mind.

Position Overview
Atlanta Swim Academy is seeking a motivated creative and driven Entry-Level Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role supports lead generation marketing execution and social media marketing helping us connect with local families who value safety quality of life and enrichment for their children.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career marketer looking for hands-on experience real responsibility and the chance to grow within a mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Marketing Support
- Support lead generation initiatives that drive inquiries and enrollment
- Assist with audience research segmentation and CRM organization
- Help execute targeted campaigns that support business growth
Marketing Execution & Process
- Assist in executing seasonal promotions and marketing campaigns
- Help organize document and improve marketing workflows
- Track basic performance metrics and support reporting and analysis
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Create and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
- Support paid and organic social media efforts
- Monitor engagement and assist with insights and optimization

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing
- Organized proactive and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Experience working with families children youth programs sports fitness or swim-related environments is a plus
- Comfortable communicating with parents and caregivers and representing a family-focused brand

Compensation: $45000.00 - $52000.00 per year

All of our staff participate in continuous education programs including our in-water training system online training courses Red Cross Lifeguard certification for all Instructors staff leadership training USSSA National Conferences and constant on-going training and development in all departments.
We have 3 indoor heated at 90 degrees pools for warm year-round swimming. The large viewing hallway allows parents to observe swim lessons comfortably and provides easy access to our 6 family changing rooms. Additionally our large mens and womens restrooms have generous changing areas.
