About the Job

Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. Were currently seeking a full-time Family Intervention Provider. The Family Intervention Provider will provide support to children and families who have experienced trauma are at-risk for system involvement and/or current foster adoptive and kinship families through the provision of skill-building interventions and care coordination. The Family Intervention Provider will also provide community education and outreach. This position could be based in Spencer IA Spirit Lake IA Sheldon IA or Sioux Center IA.

Salary Range

$21.00-$23.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience)

Requirements

A Bachelors degree in social work human services or a related field is required
At least 1 year of experience working with children and/or families is required
This position requires some travel so a valid drivers license and reliable transportation is required
Previous experience working with foster adoptive and/or kinship families is preferred but not required
