Role Overview:

TheCustomer Service Team Leaderplays a key role in supporting the European Supply Chain and Commercial organization. This positionis responsible formanaging the daily operations of one of the Customer Service teams in close collaboration with fellow Team Leaders and key stakeholders. The focus is on delivering highquality service to internal and external customers through efficient ordertocash processestimelyand proactive communication and effective issue resolutionwhile ensuring costefficiency and alignment with customer segmentation strategies.

Role Responsibilities:

As aCustomer Service Team Leader you willbe responsible for:

  • Leading coaching and developing a team of Customer Service Representatives supporting EAME markets; monitoring daytoday performance and KPI achievement.

  • Setting clearobjectives conducting performance reviews andfosteringa culture of accountability continuous improvement and digital automation.

  • Champion a customerfocusedculturebuilt on ease of doing business within Customer Service and across functions.

  • Ensuring high service standards andmaintainingstrong proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • RepresentingCustomer Service as a key partnerin theorder todeliveryprocess resolvingissuesand preventing customer production disruptions.

  • Leadingby exampledemonstratingprofessionalism ownership and a collaborative mindset.

  • Ensureoperationalaccuracy and compliance in customer master data order entry invoice and complaint handling.

  • Oversee endtoend ordertoinvoice and delivery processes ensuring compliance with traderegulations.

  • Working closely withlogisticsteams tooptimizetransport and ensure strong OTIF delivery performance.

  • Identifyingand evaluating alternative transport solutions that are compliant precise and costeffective

  • Providing backup and support to other regional Team Leaders tomaintainservice continuity.

Experience and Competencies:

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors degree or mastersdegree with4 yearsof experience in a global B2B Customer Service environment.

  • Experience as a Customer Service Team Leader.

  • Experience in the chemical industry or other regulated industrial sector (an asset).

  • Strong financial acumen with understanding of OrdertoCash impact on EBITDA and revenue.

  • High ITliteracy;experience with ERP platforms and digital tools.

  • Excellent communication influencing and intercultural skills.

  • Resilient adaptable and solutionoriented with the ability to lead through change.

  • Strong project management skills and a processdriven mindset.

  • Proven ability to coach motivate and develop team members.

  • Dealing with ambiguity
