Job Title:Travel Respiratory Therapist
Location:Syracuse NY
Pay Rate:$50$55/hr W2 (Travel Pay Including Stipends)
Shift:Nights 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Preferences: Candidates outside 100 miles only and pediatric experience.

Qualifications
- Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Respiratory Therapy
- ActiveNew York State license/registrationas a Respiratory Therapist
- Minimumtwo (2) yearsof postA.A.S. clinical experience in anacute care setting
- Excellent interpersonal communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work efficiently withminimal orientation and supervision
- Must successfully passpre-employment health clearance
Key Responsibilities
- Administer positive pressure and aerosol therapies
- Initiate monitor and manage oxygen therapy for patients
- Assist physicians with the initiation and maintenance ofcontinuous mechanical ventilation
- Performcardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)as required
- Conductpulmonary function tests
- Performradial arterial puncturesand related procedures
- Provide comprehensive respiratory care across a variety of patient populations in anacute care environment
- Accurately document patient assessments treatments and patient responses in accordance with hospital policies
