Job Summary
Position Responsibilities:
- Read work orders to assemble components by hand or by using small hand operated equipment
- Tests calibrates and fits parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
- Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary.
- Maintain neat and orderly work areas and comply with all safety rules
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0-2 years of assembly experience
- Basic math skills- addition subtraction multiplication and division in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals
- Ability to read write and speak English
- Ability to work independently
