Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Services or equivalent experience in Human Services field is preferred
- Valid drivers license.
- At least two years of experience in providing direct or indirect social services is preferred.
- Knowledge of Harm Reduction and Housing First Model.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively positively and professionally with participants providers family members and others.
- Able to promote a positive supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
- Previous experience working with low-income families and those experiencing homelessness preferred.
- Training in working with low-income families and those who are homeless preferred.
- Knowledge of related issues in chemical dependency mental health parenting sex trafficking and domestic violence preferred.
