The Commercial Account Manager role is a new position that reflects our casinos rapid growth in a few short years. Day to day youll be handling supplier relationships making sure our Social Casino offering is strong competitive and actually FUN for our awesome players.
Youll work closely with the Senior Commercial Manager and the wider Commercial team to ensure were serving the best content and the best experience possible. MODO cares about how we treat our players AND our partners so youll take great pride in curating quality relationships both internally and externally.
What youll do
Manage relationships with a number of casino suppliers. Youre their go-to person - operationally and commercially. If somethings broken late or unclear you lead the charge on fixing it. Youre focused on maximizing the performance of content and gathering insights on how our competitors are performing.
Support the Senior Commercial Manager and VP Social Casino to find new suppliers getting them onboarded talking numbers and getting contracts over the line.
Help shape the Social Casino roadmap. That means reviewing new games proposing content and educating suppliers on which themes mechanics and features that MODO players love most.
Work closely with key suppliers to lock down pre-releases exclusives and promos. Make sure things land on time and line up with internal plans - no surprises.
Host Quarterly Business Reviews with key accounts. A chance to dig into the numbers keep both sides accountable and work on new opportunities. Collaborate. Ideate. Create.
Always have one eye on supplier KPIs and game performance. Call out wins and losses spot opportunities and use data to inform future roadmap decisions.
Were firm and fair at MODO. Youll maintain consistent communication with your suppliers and ensure all commercial decisions are delivered professionally and within the context of the Social Casino strategy.

You might have previously managed casino partnerships and/or suppliers. You might already be a Commercial Account Manager in the casino space.
Youve sat at the table and negotiated deals. You understand how casino contracts work. You understand what makes content good and what makes it great.
Youre composed under pressure and know when to walk away from deals/opportunities.
You know your way around the supplier business model - exclusives bespoke content bonus caps marketing contributions - all the good stuff.
You communicate clearly. No dancing around no corporate nonsense. You build solid working relationships with internal teams and external partners because you do what you say youll do. You do it with grace and professionalism.
Youre organized you pay attention to details and you dont panic.
