Investor Relations Manager

This Is What Your Role Looks Like

The Investor Relations Manager will work closely together with the head of investor relations and senior management to support Basic-Fits strategic and financial external positioning and communication with a strong focus on financial analysis and business performance.

Investor Relationsis responsible forcommunication with the financial markets making sure investors and analysts understand our company ourresultsand our strategy. Asaprimary point of contact you will play a key role infacilitatingthe delivery of effective investor relations and financial communications for our rapidly growing company.

You will be working with energetic and highly motivated colleagues who are proud to be part of the continuing success of the company. You will build andmaintainan internal network of relevant colleagues throughout theorganisationto stay in touch with the business and the key staff functions and develop a sensitive ear for developments in theorganisationand the industry.

YourResponsibilities:

• Build andmaintaindetailed financial models to support investor communications and decision-making

• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial results markettrendsand competitive positioning

• Build effective relationships with Dutch and international analysts and investors

• Prepare investor communications and presentations for trading updates and results including financial analysis and KPI tracking

• Lead the analyst consensus process through financial modeling and scenario analysis

• Organiseand execute roadshows and conferences

• Maintaintheinvestor/analystdatabase

The IR team is a small hands-on team oftwo: Head of IRandanotherIRM.Werethe interface between Basic-Fit and our shareholdersinvestorsand financial analysts.Our culture is entrepreneurial dynamicprofessionaland informal.

Who Are You

An entrepreneurial andpro-activemindset with strong analytical capabilities. You are wellorganised result driven with an eye for detail and a passion for financial analysis.

Furthermorewereasking:

• A masters degree in finance business administrationeconomicsor accounting

• At least 6years experiencein investor relations equity research business control investment banking corporatefinanceor strategic consulting

• Strong financial and analytical skills with experience in financial modelingforecastingand performance analysis

• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear compelling narratives for investors

• Strong mix of financialexpertise business sensecommunicationand relationship skills

• Flexibility towards working hours and travelling to attend investor roadshowsconferencesand other IR related events

• PerfectEnglish communication skills both oral and written
