The Associate Manager of Finance Transformation for Record to Report Fixed Assets and Projects will play a critical role in operationalizing global process standards for General Ledger (GL) Fixed Assets (FA) and Project Accounting and the integration activities. This role drives process harmonization supports Oracle Cloud optimization and partners closely with MGSS Supply Chain and Procurement to elevate the end-to-end operating model. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion GL Fixed Assets and Projects modules strong process discipline and the ability to translate system design into day-to-day operational performance.
What Youll Do
Global Record to Report Fixed Assets & Projects Process Enablement
- Support the design deployment and continuous improvement
- Maintain process documentation workflow standards and governance routines
- Partner with business units and MGSS and Controllship teams to rationalize process variations and drive adoption of standardized best practices
Oracle Cloud AP and AR Expertise
- Serve as a functional resource across Oracle Cloud modules
- Support configuration reviews UAT cycles defect resolution and enhancement deployments
- Translate technical changes into business impacts ensuring operational teams understand dependencies timelines and required adjustments.
Operational Support & Issue Resolution
- Facilitate root-cause analysis for Record to Report
- Monitor controls and data quality related to supplier master data purchasing workflows receiving transactions and invoice matching.
- Support key operational cyclesincluding month-end and quarter-end activities
Cross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with Procurement Supply Chain Corporate Accounting MGSS and regional operations
- Provide training job aids and communication materials insights and issue trends to support process understanding and Oracle Cloud adoption
Continuous Improvement & Transformation Delivery
- Contribute to project planning readiness assessments and milestone execution
- Support global transformation initiatives led by the Director including rollout of new processes design of governance structures and deployment of global standards.
Qualifications :
Who Were Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in Record to Report Fixed Assets & Projects management or finance transformation within a global environment.
- Strong functional knowledge of Record to Report Fixed Assets & Projects modules; experience with Supplier Portal and SCM integrations is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to support global process design UAT cycles system enhancements and operational troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of purchasing workflows goods receipts 2-way/3-way match supplier master data and invoice lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into operational guidance.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Supply Chain Accounting Information Systems or related field.
