We are looking for a Marketing Consultant to join our LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) Support team to deliver an outstanding member experience to Marketing Solutions this role you will be responsible for responding to a variety of inquiries from advertisers on our platform submitted through multiple communication channels. Your key duties will be answering questions about Marketing Solutions products diagnosing and troubleshooting campaign performance issues while at the same time suggesting key ways to add value to the overall experience to help advertisers maximize the performance of their campaigns
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an exceptional understanding of the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) products through ongoing training while being keenly aware of trends in the online advertising industry
- Create deeper conversations with members to maximize the value of LMS products and align with advertiser goals
- Provide basic technical support solutions to LMS advertisers and escalate to tier 2 teams accordingly
- Make judgement calls as to when to provide personalized solutions versus following processes
- Own the definition and operational rollout of LMS standard operating procedures and new product launches through documented policies and guidelines
- Determine advertisers needs and be suggestive about potential solutions
- Work efficiently and prioritize projects and work using the appropriate systems and communication channels
- Collaborate with co-workers and cross-functional peers to ensure excellent information flow and feedback on process policy and product changes that will affect advertisers
- Understand embody and execute LinkedIns culture and core values
- Candidate should be flexible to work on changing shift timings starting from early morning to afternoon.
- Candidate should be flexible to work on weekend shifts.

- Experience interacting with customers via phone e-mail and chat
- Experience with search marketing PPC or other online advertising digital marketing
- Experience interacting with or managing relationships with paying customers and clients
- Experience with technologies such as HTML CSS or JavaScript
- Experience with or knowledge of content marketing
- Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook Word PowerPoint and Excel)
- Excellent communication project management relationship management and selling skills
- Adept at cross-functional team or individual partnership and collaboration with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Ability to analyze data trends and client information to identify product or service growth opportunities
- Ability to effectively manage time prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
- Negotiation and or customer retention skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
