Associate Consultant – Legal & Public Sector

The Role

We are seeking an Associate Consultant to support our advisory teams on high-impact projects. This role is ideal for early- to mid-career professionals with analytical skills an interest in the legal or public sector and a desire to gain exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making.

You will work closely with Senior Advisors to deliver research data analysis client materials and practical recommendations that directly support our clients goals.

Qualifications :

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research benchmarking and data analysis relevant to client projects

• Support the development of presentations reports and other client deliverables

• Assist in mapping processes workflows and organizational structures

• Collaborate with Senior Advisors to prepare strategic recommendations

• Facilitate project logistics and stakeholder communications

• Learn and contribute to best practices in legal and public sector consulting

Ideal Profile

• 15 years of experience in consulting law public policy government or related fields

• Strong analytical problem-solving and writing skills

• Interest in legal institutions governance or public sector operations

• Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary and cross-cultural teams

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Professional fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
