Primary Job Responsibilities for this Senior Recruiter:
This position is responsible for proactively sourcing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent using a variety of recruitment strategies and tools. As a trusted advisor and partner you will provide full-cycle recruitment support to meet complex operational and strategic staffing needs.

Experience:Two (2) years of professional experience in recruitment community outreach human resources or related field.
Education:A Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration Social Sciences or related field; *If no degree two (2) additional years of relevant experience is required.

The full salary range for this position is $47.39 - $55.19 per hour.
Workplace Environment/Expectation:This position allows for the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule. City employees will have the option to work remotely two days a week. Individual schedules will be agreed upon by the employee and their supervisor.
