Urgent Care APP - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Position Purpose:
In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the APRN - Nurse Practitioner provides healthcare services for certain acute or chronic health conditions in specific populations in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies values and mission of the organization.
This position will work 3 12 hour shifts during the week and 3 weekend days a month. During the week - 8am - 8pm.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Masters degree in Nursing and graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with specialization in area of practice.
Licensure / Certification: State licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or other designation as required by law.
Experience: Minimum of two years of recent and relevant APP experience needed.
Effective Communication Skills
Excellent clinical assessment and analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate with intra- and inter-disciplinary team members.
*Licensed Physician Assistants will be considered
