Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment enjoys managing multiple projects and takes pride in ensuring orders move smoothly from start to finish through our production process.
You will serve as a key point of contact for customers while coordinating job details internally to ensure accuracy quality and on-time delivery.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet walk-in customers professionally
- Assess customer needs and gather detailed specifications for print and signage orders
- Input job specifications accurately into our order management system
- Manage orders through the print shop from start to completion
- Provide updates on project status timelines and customer questions
- Communicate clearly with production staff and team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist with filing documentation and maintaining an organized front office
- Support customers with a positive solution-oriented approach
Skills & Qualities We Are Looking For
- A positive detail-oriented people-pleasing professional
- Willingness to be proactive take initiative and follow through
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- A team player who enjoys collaborating to deliver projects on time
Skills Desired (But Not Required)
- Previous experience in a business-to-business environment
- Printing signage or related production experience
- Understanding of direct mail and automated marketing services
- Experience with PrintSmith or other print MIS/order software
