- Recruiting & Training: Recruit select train and retain incredible service providers to our team.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily salon and spa operations and inventory management ensuring seamless and efficient workflows.
- Guest Satisfaction: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service ensuring every guest leaves feeling pampered and satisfied.
- Trendsetting: Stay ahead of industry trends bringing fresh ideas and innovative services to our salon.
- Business Development: Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing promotions and growth retention initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing a team with a passion for building and leading high-performing teams.
- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of beauty and wellness trends techniques and products. Service provider experience preferred but not required.
