Were on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly welcoming spot our locals love.
As the go-to local in Roxby Downs The Roxby Tavern is a high-energy venue where there is always something onfrom live DJs to community events. We pride ourselves on cold drinks the finest pub food in town and modern guest accommodation. We are seeking a friendly hard-working hospitality professional to join our tight-knit team in a fast-paced social environment.
A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:
- Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
- Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly safely and within all the rules
- Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
- Bring the good vibes great service and friendly smiles every shift
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About you:
- Youve been in the gaming room world for a while as an attendant supervisor or manager
- Youve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
- Youve got the confidence pride and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
- You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
- Youve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
