Keyaccountabilities:
This role supports smooth and compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle with a focus on accuracy data integrity and efficientsystemsuse.
Prepare review and manage employee contracts ensuring compliance with policies and laws
Maintainaccurateemployee records and support data integrity in HR systems including regular audits
Assistemployees and managers with Workday queries manager changes and employee lifecycle tasks (onboarding status changes exits)
Provide first-line HR support via the HR inbox and ServiceNow escalating queries when needed

23 years of experience in HR administration ideally in a university or academic setting
Strong HRIS knowledge with Workday experience highly desirable
Confident communicator with great problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
Skilled at handling sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy
