Job Summary
- As an Outsourcing Working Student you will support compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies regarding regulatory outsourcing and third-party risk management
- You are supporting internal departments and relevant control functions throughout the entire lifecycle of third-party risk management at Scalable Capital (onboarding monitoring offboarding)
- In coordination with internal stakeholders you will support the central monitoring and reporting of regulatory outsourcing and other external service providers
- You support consistently high quality in the monitoring reporting and documentation of outsourcing activities across our internal departments
- You work closely with our Outsourcing Team and support the preparation of risk analyses and reports for the Executive Board
- You support the implementation maintenance and further development of the outsourcing and third-party risk management frameworks
Qualifications :
- Passionate about Third Party Processes and Regulations
- Basic understanding of information security regulations requirements and controls
- Reliable discreet motivated and self-driven
- Adaptable to new and variable topics
- Enthusiastic to learn and take on new challenges
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Studying law business law business administration or a similar fields is considered a plus
- You are fluent in English and German
