The Construction Manager is responsible for providing full project management services and on site construction oversight of construction projects and supporting the client representative in delivering successful project outcomes.
- Oversight of the overall construction effort
- Contract and Budget ownership for direct contracts as assigned
- Negotiate costs within the scope of the projects
- Manage schedules and budgets
- Take control of project elements
- Provide technical input and ensure safe working environment in accordance with company procedures
- Oversee delivery of construction activities and resolving all issues related to construction
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 10 years proven experience in a similar role
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or other relevant discipline is preferred
- New-built project experience ideally on major real estate projects/programmes
- Driven and dynamic individual with can-do attitude
