Location: Sweden or Denmark
As Managing Director Nordics you hold full responsibility for market growth operational excellence and technical leadership across AT-PACs Nordics region currently focused on Sweden and Denmark. Reporting directly to the Regional Director you lead Sales Operations and Engineering activities across these markets driving expansion market penetration and sustainable revenue growth.
Your primary focus is on strengthening regional presence expanding customer relationships and increasing market share in Sweden and Denmark while preparing the ground for future Nordics expansion. This executive role requires strategic vision hands-on leadership and strong cross-border coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership & Business Development
Develop and execute a high-impact commercial strategy to deliver rapid and sustainable revenue growth across the Nordics region.
Identify and secure new business opportunities; build and strengthen long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
Lead contract negotiations define pricing strategies and close strategic deals aligned with growth targets.
Represent the company at industry events trade fairs and networking forums across the Nordics to increase market visibility.
Monitor regional market trends customer needs and competitive activities to continuously refine the commercial approach.
Leadership & Culture
Build an entrepreneurial customer-focused and performance-driven culture across the Nordic organization.
Lead develop and empower teams across Sales Operations and Engineering to achieve regional business goals.
Drive people leadership practices including talent development succession thinking and performance dialogue.
Foster strong collaboration across countries and functions to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Ensure compliant and efficient business operations across all Nordics entities and activities.
Partner with global and regional support functions (e.g. Legal Finance HR) to ensure alignment with standards and governance requirements.
Strengthen operational structures and scalable processes to support ongoing regional growth.
Lead budgeting financial planning and reporting in alignment with European regional priorities.
Ensure consistent implementation of safety quality and compliance standards across the region.
Qualifications :
10 years of leadership experience in Sales and Operations within scaffolding construction or industrial equipment sectors.
Strong network within the Nordic construction and industrial markets.
Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams across multiple locations or countries.
Solid understanding of Nordic market dynamics customer structures and regulatory frameworks.
Full P&L responsibility experience.
Strong negotiation leadership and strategic decision-making capabilities.
Hands-on pragmatic mindset suited for a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.
Fluency in English required; one or more Nordic languages strongly preferred.
