About the role
As a Platform Product Owner you will guide a cross functional squad to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business value. You set the squad mission prioritise the backlog and remove blockers. You keep the platform safe secure and scalable while balancing discovery with delivery. You align work to strategy manage risk and communicate progress with clarity.
What youll do
- Translate the platform purpose into clear squad goals manage the backlog and enable delivery of measurable customer and business outcomes
- Make daily decisions and remove blockers so the squad stays focused and productive with transparent governance and signoffs
- Maintain a safe secure and scalable platform including defining and adhering to guardrails aligned to risk appetite
- Lead discovery and experimentation to test ideas and deliver solutions for internal customers and colleagues
- Manage platform assets including roadmaps budgets and lifecycle plans to ensure services meet needs over time
What youll bring
- 5 years technology experience with 3 years experience in leading people & teams
- A solid technology foundation and practical skill in running and improving technology assets in complex environments
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities including fostering productive team dynamics and coaching
- Experienced technology background and foundational asset knowledge
- Excellent relationship building communication and influencing abilities
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical skills in managing change and run of technology assets
