RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage day-to-day integration activities for Telecom EPMS BAS and Security systems
Coordinate between MEP trades controls contractors low-voltage vendors IT teams and commissioning agents
Lead integration planning system architecture alignment and interface definition
Manage integration schedules dependencies and milestone tracking
Oversee testing planning including FAT SAT functional testing and IST support
Maintain integration matrices network diagrams point lists and data flows
Track risks integration gaps and interface conflicts
Lead field coordination for device connectivity controls integration and network readiness
Manage documentation as-builts and turnover packages
Support owner/operator integration standards and platform alignment
Interface with hyperscale colo and enterprise owner teams
Support preconstruction integration planning and vendor engagement
Participate in constructability and system reliability reviews

QUALIFICATIONS

35 years experience in systems integration telecommunications controls MEP coordination or mission-critical construction
Working knowledge of Telecom EPMS BAS platforms and Security systems
Understanding of network architecture protocols and integration interfaces
Strong coordination documentation and stakeholder management skills
Data Center/Mission-critical experience preferred
