Job description
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team for admissions and start of care (S.O.C) duties.
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse In the State of Connecticut
- Two years of previous home care experience in nursing
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- IV Certified/ IV Hydrations
- Time Management
- Punctual with Paperwork
- Autonomy
- Knows how to Prioritize
Responsibilities:
- Admitting/performing start of care for new patients
- Communicate with collaborating nurses regarding patient care
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95000 - $105000 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
