Zebby Sulecki Inc. a premier values-based performance-driven construction company in Delaware County Pennsylvania seeks an experienced detail-oriented trust-worthy emotionally mature Director of Finance & Accounting who is willing to contribute significantly to the Team as they serve clients by transforming their environments from rough to fine finish. The Director of Finance & Accounting will oversee all financial activities of this 110 employee company including accounting budgeting financial reporting compliance and team leadership and management.
This exciting opportunity requires strong proven accounting experience within the construction industry the ability to develop processes and controls as well as train and develop a team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and critical thinking skills proven financial acumen be able to solve problems collaborate and consensus build and have experience with cost accounting cost control principles job costing and GAAP.

Required experience includes a bachelors degree in accounting 8 years of accounting experience within the construction industry 5 years of experience in team leadership and management and finance and reporting understanding interpretation and forecasting. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) licenses are ideal.
Qualified candidates will be caring and personable able to clearly and consistently communicate with their team and across the organization be highly organized process-driven and tech-savvy with a very strong IT IQ specializing in Excel Timberline and ideally Sage. Candidates must have a high-level of integrity and dependability a strong sense of urgency and initiative and the ability to optimistically and strategically lead a team. Community involvement and volunteerism with a demonstration and commitment to focus on others is highly preferred.
