Regulatory & Compliance Analyst

What Youll Do

As a Regulatory & Environmental Compliance Specialist youll play a key role in ensuring our products facilities and operations comply with environmental health and safety requirements while helping the business move forward responsibly.

You will:

• Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations related to waste management emissions chemical handling and required reporting

• Monitor interpret and clearly communicate evolving regulatory and environmental requirements

• Support regulatory submissions registrations renewals and documentation for products ingredients and manufacturing activities in collaboration with global teams

• Partner closely with Manufacturing R&D Quality and Supply Chain to embed compliance into processes procedures and product development

• Maintain accurate regulatory records permits certifications and compliance documentation

• Support internal and external audits inspections and regulatory inquiries including preparation and follow-up actions

• Track regulatory changes and assess potential business impacts risks and mitigation strategies

• Help develop training materials and educate employees on regulatory and environmental compliance expectations

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen compliance systems reduce risk and enhance sustainability performance

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• 25 years of experience in regulatory affairs environmental compliance EHS or a related field

• Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Chemistry Biology Regulatory Affairs or a related discipline

• Working knowledge of U.S. and international regulatory frameworks (e.g. EPA FIFRA EU regulations environmental permitting)

• Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills

• Ability to interpret regulations and translate them into practical business-ready guidance

• Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced evolving environment

• A genuine interest in sustainability science-based solutions or agriculture
