Job Summary
What youll do
Every day as a Care Assistant is different but your impact is always the same - life-changing.
You will:
- Support residents to remain independent within their Extra Care apartments
- Offer companionship and reassurance
- Provide a reassuring presence and build meaningful day-to-day connections
- Assist with medication mobility and mealtime support
- Work closely with an on-site dedicated care team ensuring continuity and quality of care
- Deliver personal care with dignity respect and sensitivity
- Respond promptly to care calls or emergency alarms within the scheme
- Encourage social engagement and participation in on-site activities and community life
Qualifications :
