Head of Quality

We are looking to strengthen the team with a highly skilled and motivated Head of Quality. We are seeking a strategic leader committed to excellence and passionate about food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop implement and oversee the companys Quality and Food Safety strategy.
• Ensure full compliance with ISO 22000 standards and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead mentor and develop the Quality team fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate internal and external audits ensuring the maintenance of certifications.
• Monitor performance indicators and implement effective action plans.
• Collaborate closely with Production Logistics Procurement and other key departments to ensure process integrity.
• Manage customer complaints non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions.

Qualifications :

Profile Requirements

• Degree in Food Engineering Quality Management Biotechnology or a related field.
• Proven experience in Quality leadership roles preferably within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 22000 and food safety management systems (like FSSC 22000 IFS)..
• Experience in the meat production industry will be considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication leadership and decision-making skills.
• High level of organization rigor and results orientation.
• Critical thinking and the ability to drive structural improvements
