We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accounting Analyst to join our finance team. This role plays a key part in financial reporting analysis and process improvement supporting accurate accounting operations and informed business decisions.
What youre responsible for:
- Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
- Perform complex account reconciliations and variance analyses
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities
- Assist with budgeting forecasting and financial modeling
- Ensure compliance with GAAP internal controls and company policies
- Support internal and external audits including documentation and audit requests
- Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A operations and leadership teams
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Mentor junior accounting staff as needed
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- You have a Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (required)
- You are a CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
- You have 47 years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience
- You have Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- You have Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP formulas)
- You have Experience with ERP systems (e.g. D365 Maximo ... )
- You have Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- You have the Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
