Job Summary
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and review documentation for both new and existing suppliers;
- Supervising the Fixed Asset Accounting area within our Shared Service Center (SSC);
- Review documentation for fixed asset activities: acquisition scrap transfers sales;
- Ensure correct depreciation setup and execution identifying and resolving discrepancies;
- Perform month end and year end closing activities related to fixed asset;
- Prepare review and explain balance sheet reconciliations and management reports;
- Perform and review reconciliation for annual physical counting;
- Support internal and external audits;
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone who brings:
- Solid technical accounting knowledge especially in fixed asset accounting practices;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to met deadlines and work independently;
- Good communication skills in English;
- Degree in Accounting Finance or related field;
- Clear and effective communication abilities across teams and functions;
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel skills;
- A good understanding of accounting principles.
