Job Summary
Join the Drive news team and help us deliver timely engaging content to a captivated automotive audience. Were looking for a sharp capable journalist to cover everything from industry trends to dealership updates all while working with a supportive team of editors and senior journalists.
Day to day you will:
- Stay up to date with the latest automotive news with a focus on new model releases car sales data dealerships and industry trends.
- Write high-quality engaging news articles and reports under tight deadlines.
- Use SEO strategies and social media to maximise the visibility of your content.
- Collaborate with editors and multimedia teams to enhance your stories.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments and questions.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of your articles providing insights for future content improvement.
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and an interest in cars.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional research and fact-checking abilities.
- An understanding of SEO and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- A valid drivers license.
- Preferably a degree in journalism or a related field.
