Job Summary
Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated team-building individual to fill a Full TimeShopGoodwillSupervisor positionat our Averill Warehouselocation in Flint.
$18an hour

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Supervises ShopGoodwill employees by providing coaching training scheduling support and performance feedback to meet productivity sales and operational goals.
- Identifies and evaluates appropriate merchandise for online auctions.
- Ensures employees are posting auctions with high-quality pictures and detailed descriptions to maximize value.
- Reviews operational and sales data to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Follows and enforces safety policies and procedures.
- Supervises employees and resources to achieve annual sales budget and expense goals.
- Supervises inventory and order fulfillment for ShopGoodwill.
Think youve got what it takes
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one-year supervisory experience preferably in E-commerce.
- Strong computer skills including rapid and accurate keyboarding and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to reach and bend.
- Ability to lift carry pull and push minimum of 50 pounds.
- Ability to learn adapt to and effectively use new technologies platforms and systems as business needs evolve.
- Ability and willingness to work in a warehouse and office environment with moderate noise levels and some dust.
- Proficient in English (reading writing speaking).
