Job Summary

Join a leading outsourcing company in Spain providing customer and technical support. You will be directly employed by the Spanish company.

Were looking for a German-speaking Technical Customer Support to join an on-site team in Barcelona supporting a well-known brand in the fashion this role you will be the first point of contact for dealers and end users providing technical assistance and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across phone and email channels.


You will work in a dynamic people-focused environment with access to full training modern tools and long-term career development opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely accurate solutions
  • Educate customers on product usage updates and best practices
  • Create and manage support tickets to ensure proper tracking and resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated cases
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems


Requirements:

  • Proficient or bilingual level of German (C2)
  • Advanced level of English (B2/C1)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support (mandatory requirement)
  • Strong customer care skills with the ability to listen and understand customer needs
  • Ability to take ownership of cases and progress them to resolution
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a technical support role


What We Offer:

  • Full-time permanent contract (39 hours/week)
  • Working schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00
  • Salary package: 20500 gross/year
  • Performance bonus: up to 2000 gross/year
