Description

As aSr Director Talent - Learninghere at Honeywell you will spearhead the development and execution of learning curriculum and talent development strategies that enhance learning and growth across the organization. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the Aerospace industry.

You will report directly to ourVice President of Human Resourcesand youll work out of ourPhoenix AZlocation on aHybridwork schedule.

In this role you will impact the organization by implementing innovative learning solutions that support employee development enhance workforce capabilities and align with Honeywells strategic objectives ultimately contributing to our success in the competitive aerospace market.



Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement learning curriculum and talent development programs that align with business goals and drive employee engagement.
  • Lead initiatives to assess learning needs and develop comprehensive training strategies to enhance employee skills.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure learning and development initiatives support organizational objectives and foster a high-performance culture.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 10 years of experience in talent development and learning management preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective learning strategies that align with business goals.
  • Experience with learning management systems and performance evaluation processes.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development or a related field.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess and improve learning initiatives.
