DOE 7 Nights On / 14 Nights Off Proper Recovery Built In
If youre going to work nights the rota has to be worth it. This one is.
Seven focused nights then fourteen completely off. Real downtime. Real balance. No pretending that a couple of days off fixes night fatigue.

The Role
Youll be responsible for delivering high-quality emergency and inpatient care overnight. This is a structured night service not chaos with the facilities and support you need to manage cases properly.
Youll handle emergencies stabilise critical patients and ensure smooth handovers to the day team.
