Overview:
We are hiring a Consumer Insight Officer for a leading multinational FMCG organization with a strong portfolio in oral care personal care and household products based in Karachi. This role supports consumer engagement and insights by coordinating call center and digital correspondence managing surveys and product testing supporting brand trainings and assisting in accurate reporting and analysis working closely with brand research and external agency teams in a highly structured consumer-focused environment.
Job Description:
- Handle correspondence from call centers website emails forms and WhatsApp and forward to the relevant departments for action.
- Ensure timely follow-up on unresolved issues and maintain coordination with call center staff for efficient operations.
- Review and classify around 400 website emails and compile reports from direct emails and CRM tools. Consolidate call center and data for unified reporting.
- Conduct training sessions with the Brand Team for Sybrid/Field service staff on product launches events and updates.
- Oversee in-house surveys (e.g. product use fragrance testing) and coordinate product testing at the factory. Ensure smooth execution by working with external agencies.
- Review external reports for accuracy and support the Research Manager in generating department-specific reports.
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelors / Masters or studied statistics or research
- 1-2 years or fresh with relevant qualifications
